About the program
MSQ proposes a subsidy of up to $300 per eligible participant completion, with an overall program value capped at $240,000 (ex GST). The program includes up to 800 subsidised training places statewide, covering priority training units such as:
- Confined Spaces (RIIWHSE202E)
- Working Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
- Operating Elevating Work Platforms (RIIHAN301E)
- Licenses for Boom-type Elevating Work Platforms, Forklift Trucks, Dogging, and Riggin
Additional relevant units may be considered with evidence of manufacturing demand and MSQ approval.
MSQ seeks multiple qualified RTOs to deliver training across Queensland regions including North Queensland, Central Queensland, Wide Bay/Burnett, and South East Queensland. Providers may nominate one or more locations and will be evaluated separately for each.
