This program supports team leaders and supervisors to make positive changes in the workplace to boost productivity. Through mastery of competencies, and with specialised mentoring to guide their teams effectively, participants will reduce waste, improve efficiency, develop succession plans, and create clear career pathways.

The expected duration of the program is 12 months, however the duration may vary based on the certificate level undertaken and individual progress.
If you successfully complete the program, you will receive either a Certificate III in Competitive Systems and Practices (MSS30322) or Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices (MSS40322), issued by Leadership Management Australia.
The program is fully funded for eligible participants. MSQ covers costs for those who are ineligible for existing funding.
Assessment is primarily through practical application in your workplace, including the planning and implementation of improvement initiatives and project/s. There are some additional knowledge questions used to assess your grasp of key CSP concepts, tools and techniques.
