Most businesses know they need a workforce plan but don’t know where to start. This workshop removes the guesswork. You’ll work directly with the team at Manufacturing Skills Queensland to build your first complete workforce plan using a framework designed specifically for manufacturers.

- Business inputs and strategic goals
- Strategic context and alignment
- Production profile and capacity planning
- Current workforce profile
- Workforce forecasting and gap analysis
- Turnover analysis and cost calculation
- Training needs analysis
- Risk identification

This workshop is subsidised through Manufacturing Skills Queensland’s Industry Workforce Advisor Program, supported and funded by the Queensland Government. Upon completion of a workforce plan, eligible small manufacturers (fewer than 20 employees) can access a $2,000 Skills and Workforce Development Subsidy to implement action items on the plan.
