In today’s fast-paced manufacturing environment, resilience isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a business imperative. Manufacturing Skills Queensland (MSQ) has developed two specialised ‘building resilience’ courses specifically designed for the manufacturing industry, addressing the unique challenges faced by both leaders and employees.

Why resilience matters in manufacturing

With approximately two in five Australians experiencing a mental health condition during their lifetime, and the manufacturing industry employing around 180,000 Queensland workers, building resilience in the workplace has never been more critical. These online courses equip your team with essential knowledge and practical skills to navigate through challenges, change, and adversity effectively.
